By registering for this event I confirm I have sufficient medical & travel insurance in place.
I have not undertaken any major surgery in the past 3 months that would put myself or any other participants at risk on race day.
I will run prepared. I have downloaded the gpx file, reviewed the course map, and accept responsibility to familiarise myself with the route, first aid stations, emergency contact details, exit points etc.
I pledge to join pre-race recce/training sessions organised by TGR, in order to explore the course prior to race day. At the very least, I will review the course description & route cues and check the weather prior to race day.
I have adequately trained over similar distances over the past 2 months and have read the race rules to prepare myself for race day.
I accept my responsibility to stop and help any participating runner in need of assistance on race day. I have read the emergency/injury procedures of GreenRace and agree to follow them on race day, should an accident occur.
Mandatory Gear (For All Categories)
Minimum 500ML water bottle/flask.
Ensure you have kept yourself very well hydrated 24-48hrs prior to race day..
Fully charged mobile phone that is able to call out during emergency.
Sun visor/hat (recommended).
Digital or printed copy of the course map (recommended).
